Now, this would be fine if this was enforced with everyone. Later on, we’ve sat at the same 2 machines (with a Perspex screen in between me and my wife and drinks constantly in hand) to have a member of staff come up to us and to say that in between having a sip of our drink, we should be wearing a face mask. Me and my partner sat next to each other on different machines and despite pressing the service burton, no on came to us, so I eventually went back to the sports bar and queued for less than a minute and got us drinks. We said we’d be out on the casino floor so the lady said it would be quicker to get service at a machine/table so did this instead.this wasn’t true in our case. I can’t give it a low scoring, however we went in and initially went to the sports bar for a drink, to be told it’s one in one out, which was fine. We decided to come to the casino, as it’s a great Genting one to go to being at resorts world.

However I was very disappointed by the dining experience as the two dishes I ordered were not available and, as a vegetarian, other options were limited. The bar and waiting staff were friendly and provided a good service. Equally a croupier on a roulette table was unpleasant, he looked very miserable and bored throughout the evening. Generally we had felt an unpleasant atmosphere in the casino caused by the overbearing attitude of some security staff. No paying customer of any venue, or member of the public, should be subjected to such hostile and antagonist treatment. The level of aggression was shocking and disgraceful. They then shouted to all customers who were bystanders: “Get back inside or get the F**k out!” The security staff aggressively pushed/hit the male customers. At this point we witnessed a serious loud altercation between two young male customers and about 7/8 male security staff. This occurred as we were leaving and waiting to collect our coats from the cloakroom. It started off as an enjoyable evening but ended disastrously when we experienced the extremely verbal and aggressive behaviour of the security staff.

I visited last night with my partner to celebrate his birthday with family.
